SMART HEART SEMINAR: THE LATEST IN STRENGTHENING & PROTECTING YOUR HEART

Learn how to improve heart health and exercise performance from World Renowned Athletes, Cardiologists and Cardiac Rehabilitation Experts.

This seminar was conducted on World Heart Day, 29th September 2020.

ABOUT THIS SEMINAR

Exercise is one of the most powerful tools to strengthen and protect your heart. However, it’s important to exercise at the optimum intensity, for the optimum duration and frequency, to make sure your heart is being strengthened and not being put under duress.

With the ongoing pandemic limiting access to gyms, sports events and cardiac rehab facilities, exercising for better heart health has become more challenging.

Learn how athletes are changing the way they exercise and monitor themselves, and how leading cardiologists are adapting their practice to monitor patients remotely.
