How do I mark an event during my workout?

The purpose of recording events on your Frontier X is to bookmark specific moments in your workout. Some examples of when you might want to use the event marking feature are when you start or stop an activity, when you feel significant exertion, or when you feel an unusual amount of strain on your heart. To mark an event during your exercise session, press the red button on your Frontier X one time. Frontier X will continue to record your workout. Post transferring Workout Summary to the app, you will be able to see the events you marked on your Fourth Frontier app.
